We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Dubai Aswaaq. If something isn’t right, please review our return and exchange policy below.

Returns

We accept return requests within 3 days from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be returned in its original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase

Returns requested more than 3 days after delivery will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Return Fees

  • 15 AED return shipping fees

  • No restocking fees

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for eligible items and are subject to product availability.

If the requested item or size is unavailable, you may return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order via email, WhatsApp, or website chat so we can assist you promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items marked as Sale or Final Sale

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care or hygiene-related items

  • Items showing signs of use, washing, damage, or alteration

  • Products that cannot be returned due to hygiene or safety reasons

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time is typically 7–10 business days

  • Bank or payment provider processing times may vary
