Delivery Options

  • Delivery Timeline: 2-3 business days

  • Delivery Charges:

    • Orders under AED 120 – AED 10 delivery fee

    • Orders AED 120 or above – Free delivery

  • Cash on Delivery: Available with no extra fees

Please note: Delivery times are estimates. Occasionally, due to public holidays or unforeseen circumstances, delivery may take longer than expected.

Once your order is confirmed, our team will process it promptly. Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate to avoid any delays.

Refunds & Failed Deliveries

If your order cannot be delivered for any reason, we will provide a full refund. Our goal is to ensure your shopping experience is smooth and hassle-free.

  • We currently do not offer pick-up or Click & Collect services.
